- Fraud Investigations
- Complete follow through from original complaint to D.A. referral. (We currently maintain a 100% conviction rate). Your department maintains case control and disposition at all times.
- Front End Verification (Pre-Fraud Investigations)
- Our investigators make home visits, obtain third party verification on questionable statements, credit checks, employment queries, in most cases utilizing at least a five-step procedure all within a contracted time frame.
- Collections
- Our agency continues to maintain a 95% collection rate on all repayment agreements both fraud and non-fraud.

Sanctions
- We currrently are doing IPV sanctions in 97% of all cases, in conjunction with repayment agreements. This has proven to be very effective.

Error Reduction
- Our agency can assist your department in reducing, or maintaining a low error rate. We have a consistent record of finding potential errors in 50% to 80% of the cases we review. Information is documented to assist your agency in calculating proper benefit levels as well as actual and projected savings.

- Our agency keeps all statistical data in our in-house computer and has the ability to provide reports upon request on program cost effectiveness as well as actual and projected savings.
